JUDGMENT
It is the judgment of the Employment Tribunal that :-(1) The claimant’s request for a postponement is refused.(2) The claims for unfair dismissal, holiday pay, and breach of contract are dismissed as being out of time, it had been reasonably practicable for them to have been presented in time.(3) The claim of race discrimination is out of time within the meaning of section 123 of the Equality Act 2010 in circumstances where there was no continuing act, after termination on 9 January 2018, and where it is not just and equitable to extend time for the complaint to be heard. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No: 3201422/2018(4) The tribunal has no jurisdiction and all claims are dismissed.
