[1]The claim for unauthorised deductions of wages is well founded and therefore succeeds in respect of 8 days’ leave which was carried over by agreement into 2023.[2]The claim for unauthorised deductions of wages is well founded and therefore succeeds in respect of wages and expenses due for work done in February 2023.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,666.93 (comprising the sum of £590 for hours worked and expenses in February 2023 and for 8 days accrued but untaken leave (carried over from 2022) which I assess in the sum of £1,076.93.)
