The claim is dismissed.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 28/11/2023 the Employment Tribunal sent the Claimant notice that it was considering striking out his claim because he had not complied with the directions of the Tribunal dated 11/20/2023 and it was not being actively pursued. The Claimant did not respond or comply with the outstanding directions.[2]On 4 December 2023 the Claimant did not attend the CVP hearing listed to commence at 10.00a.m. and did not explain his non-attendance. The Tribunal waited until 10.30a.m. in case he was unavoidably late.[3]The Respondent has been wound up by an Order of the High Court sealed on 7 November 2023 according to publicly available information. It would be contrary to the overriding objective for this matter to be relisted in all the circumstances.
