Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction for the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £3,461.58.[2]In breach of contract the respondent failed to pay the claimant an agreed termination payment and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,000.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant's holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £384.62.[4]The hearing listed on 22 January 2018 is cancelled.
