[1]The complaints of Unfair Dismissal and Redundancy are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The claimant’s complaint of arrears of pay was issued outside of the time limits in section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and Article 7 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England & Wales) Order 1994. It was reasonably practicable for it to have been issued within time.[3]The claimant’s application to add a complaint of disability discrimination in breach of the Equality Act 2010 is refused. It had been brought out of time and it was not just and equitable to extend time to allow it.
