JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant presented his claims for unpaid wages and breach of contract outside the primary time limits (as extended by the early conciliation provisions) contained in section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and regulation 7 of the Employment Tribunals (Extension of Jurisdiction) Regulations 1994.[2]It was reasonably practicable for the Claimant to present those claims within the primary time limits and therefore the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear them.[3]The claims are dismissed.
