JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent shall pay the claimant two months’ pay for March and April 2023 being 2 x £1,666.66 = £3,333.32 (gross).[2]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of particulars of employment under section 1(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The claimant has succeeded in a claim that is listed in Schedule 5 of the Employment Act 2022. The respondent shall pay the claimant four weeks’ pay being 4 x £384.62 = £1,538.48 (gross).[3]The total payable by the respondent to the claimant is £4,971.80 (gross).
