JUDGMENT
[1]The Second and Third Respondents Ms Y Onur and Ms H Amoateng are removed as parties to these proceedings because they are not the employer of the Claimant. The correct sole Respondent is Pink Crust Limited trading as Beaut Box of 220 Graham Road, London E8 1 BP[2]The claim for unpaid wages SUCCEEDS. The Claimant is entitled to the total sum of £ 658 calculated gross payable to her by the Respondent Pink Crust Limited within 28 days. The Respondent is not entitled to make any deductions from that total sum.[3]This award represents 47 hours worked by the Claimant as a Senior Beauty Therapist at a contractual hourly rate of £14 per hour. The number of hours worked from 25.11.21 until 18.12.21 is 47 as recorded in an email from the Claimant to the Respondent’s legal representative copied to the Tribunal and dated 9 October 2022. I have treated this document as a properly itemised Case Numbers: 3201361/2022 schedule of loss.
