JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for automatic unfair dismissal contrary to section 103A Employment Rights Act 1996 does not succeed and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claims for direct race discrimination contrary to section[13]Equality Act 2010 do not succeed and are dismissed. 3. The claimant’s claims for harassment related to race contrary to section 26 Equality Act 2010 do not succeed and are dismissed. 4. The respondent wrongfully dismissed the claimant by dismissing him without notice. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £629.23 (gross) which is equivalent to one week’s notice pay.
