[1]By a letter dated 6th August 2022 (sent by email) the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• the claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 21st January 2022 and 18th July 2022 (sent by post and email)• it has not been actively pursued, the last email to the Tribunal from the claimant being in October 2021 about his bankruptcy appeal.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
