Upon hearing the claimant, it is ordered as follows:-[1]There being no attendance from the respondent (as anticipated following the Preliminary Hearing), the hearing proceeded in the absence of the respondent.[2]The claimant’s claims for a redundancy payment and for her notice period were withdrawn.[3]The claimant was unfairly dismissed, pursuant to s94 Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]The Tribunal awards compensation and orders the respondent to pay to the claimant compensation in the sum of £25,190.71.
