JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claims brought under sections 13 and 39 of the Equality Act 2010 that the Respondent directly discriminated against him because of race by: 1.1. Failing to return his telephone call in late April or early May 2023; and 1.2. By withdrawing an offer of employment as a Support Manager on 11 May 2023; succeed.

[2]The Claimant’s further claims brought under Section 13 and his claim under Section 26 of the Equality Act 2010 do not succeed and are dismissed.

[3]Compensation having been agreed between the parties, it is ORDERED THAT the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £15,000.
