The judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s complaint of breach of The Working Time Regulation (holiday pay) is hereby dismissed.REASONS
[1]Neither party attended the hearing today.[2]In their response form the Respondent had indicated that they would not be resisting the Claimant’s claim.[3]An email was received by the Claimant on 6 August indicating that his holiday had been paid which may explain his non-attendance today.[4]Accordingly, the Tribunal concluded that the Claimant’s claim for holiday pay had been satisfied.
