Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £ 1, 848.28.[2]The respondent failed to give the Claimant a written statement of employment particulars or particulars of change in breach of ss1 and/or 4 Employment Rights Act 1996 and the respondent is also ordered to pay the claimant 4 weeks’ pay, being £769.56, pursuant to s38 Employment Act 2002.[3]The respondent is therefore ordered to pay to the claimant a grand total of £ 2,617.84.[4]The hearing listed on 19 December 2017 is cancelled.
