The judgment of the Tribunal is that: - The claimant’s claim for detriments under section 146 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations Consolidation Act 1992 is dismissed The claimants claim for automatically unfair constructive dismissal under section 152 of the Trade Union & Labour Relations Consolidation Act 1992 is also dismissed. Case Number: 320/200 The claimant was not constructively dismissed. Nor did his resignation come about as a result of any respondent’s conduct caused by the fact that he was carrying out Trade Union duties.
