Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has failed to enter a response to the Claimant’s claims and Judgment is issued in their favour in respect of their holiday pay and redundancy claims pursuant to rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the First Claimant the total sum of £13,072.35. This consists of £1584.60 in respect of accrued holiday pay and £11,488.35 in respect of redundancy pay.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Second Claimant the total sum of £13,072.35. This consists of £1584.60 in respect of accrued holiday pay and £11,488.35 in respect of redundancy pay.[4]The hearing listed on 9 September 2019 is cancelled.
