[1]The proceedings are dismissed following a withdrawal of the claim by the Claimant.REASONS
[1]The name of the Respondent is amended from Randstad In- House Services (Philips Avent) Limited to Randstad Solutions Limited.[2]The claim relates to a possible transfer of undertakings between OSR Recruitment Services Limited and the Respondent on 6 January 2019 and for payment of accrued holiday pay and unpaid wages prior to 7 January 2019.[3]The Claimant has settled these claims by way of COT3.[4]The Claimant has withdrawn her claims by correspondence to the Tribunal on 23 September 2019 under connected claim number 3200615/2019. His claims are therefore dismissed. .
