JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent will pay the Claimant the sum of £46,250.00 in full and final settlement of all claims under Case No. 3201231/2017 by 26 April 2018 without any admission of liability. The Claimant will write to the Tribunal on receipt of that sum to withdraw his claim.[2]The parties undertake to keep the terms of this settlement confidential between them. Nothing in this agreement will prevent either party from speaking as necessary to their insurers, legal, tax, and financial advisers.[3]The Respondent undertakes to provide a factual reference about the Claimant whenever one is requested.
