JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims succeed.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant: 2.1. £202.50 in respect of unpaid wages; 2.2. £202.50 in respect of notice pay, (breach of contract); 2.3. £810 (4 weeks’ pay being the maximum award permissible) for failure to provide written terms and conditions of employment, and 2.4. £300 in respect of holiday pay[3]For the avoidance of doubt the total amount payable under the terms of this Judgment is £1515 and is to be paid without deduction.[4]The hearing on 3 September 2018 will not now go ahead.
