JUDGMENT
[1]The claim against the first respondent is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant, pursuant to rule 52 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The claim against the second respondent is dismissed. The Tribunal does not have the jurisdiction to hear the claim because:a. The claimant was not employed by the second respondent for two years as required by section 108(1) Employment Rights Act 1996;b. The claimant did not present his claim to the Tribunal within the time limits at section 111 Employment Rights Act 1996.
