[1]The 2nd Respondent L.A.B Facilities Management Limited of 37 Dorset Street, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1TB laboffice@icbud.com is added as a party to these proceedings because there are issues between the Claimant and the 2nd Respondent which fall within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal which it is in the interests of justice to have determined in these proceedings.[2]The Respondents have made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages for which they are jointly and severally liable. The Respondents are ORDERED to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £500.00 within 21 days.
