[1]The complaints of discrimination on grounds of disability & sexual orientation were not brought before the end of the period of three months starting with the date of the acts to which the complaints relate.[2]The complaints of discrimination on grounds of disability & sexual orientation were not brought before the end of .such other period as was just and equitable.[3]As such, and by reason of section 123 of the Equality Act 2010, the Tribunal cannot consider the complaints of discrimination on grounds of disability & sexual orientation, the claim therefore has no reasonable prospects of success and it is hereby struck out.
