Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has failed to present a Response to this claim.[2]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant's wages by failing to pay her any wages for the period 1 to 13 June 2017 inclusive.[3]The Respondent has breached the Claimant’s contract of employment by terminating her employment contract with no notice of termination.[4]The Claimant is entitled to the following remedy: -Unpaid wages (9 days. £26,000pa/52=£500/5 = £100 per day x 9) = £900 -Notice pay (1 month’s pay) = £2166.67 - interest due to 7 November 2017 at rate of 8% = £71.50[5]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £3,138.17. This is the Claimant’s remedy.[6]The hearing listed on 11 December 2017 is cancelled.
