JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of unlawful deductions from wages, failure to pay holiday accrued but not taken on termination and breach of contract by failure to pay notice pay succeed.[2]The Respondents are ordered to pay to the Claimant the following sums; i. the Claimants salary for April 2017 in the gross sum of £1,666.67; ii. two weeks notice pay in the gross sum of £833.335; iii. 7 days holiday accrued in the gross sum of £416.67.[3]Any liability for tax on these sums lies with the Claimant.[4]The Hearing fixed for 27 November 2017 at 12.00 will not now take place
