[1]The first respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the sim of £810, gross, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[2]The first respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages in respect of unpaid holiday pay and is ordered to pay the sum of £1,160.46, gross, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[3]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract against the first respondent in respect of failure to pay notice pay is dismissed.[4]The first respondent failed to provide employment particulars and is ordered to pay the sum of £540.[5]The claimant’s claims against the second respondent are dismissed.[6]The first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the total sum of £2,510.46.
