[1]The proceedings are dismissed following a withdrawal of the claim by the Claimant.REASONS
[1]The claim relates to a possible transfer of undertakings between the OSR Recruitment Services Ltd and the Respondent on 6 January 2019 and payment of accrued holiday pay and unpaid wages prior to 7 January 2019.[2]The Claimant has settled these claims as well as any related claims against OSR Recruitment Services Ltd by way of COT3.[3]The Claimant has withdrawn her claims by correspondence to the Tribunal on 22 August 2018 under connected claim number 3200878/2019. Her claims are therefore dismissed. .
