[1]The complaint of breach of contract is not well-founded and is dismissed. The claimant was at all times engaged under an approved English apprenticeship agreement pursuant to Chapter A1 Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 and the 2017 Regulations.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages (failure to pay minimum pay) is not well-founded and is dismissed.[3]The complaint of unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[4]None of the grounds for making a costs order have been established (per Rule 73(1)a Tribunal Rules 2024).
