JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £7,873.85 gross. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £7,873.85 subject to tax and national insurance. This sum is calculated at an average gross weekly wage of £749.89, based on the claimant’s salary for September, October and November 2022 (1.5 x 749.89 x 7).[2]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claims for holiday pay and notice pay as they were presented out of time and it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to have presented them within time.
