JUDGMENT
[1]All the claims are DISMISSED pursuant to the Tribunal’s power under Rule 47 Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[2]I am satisfied that the Claimant was properly notified of the date, time, and place of the Hearing. He failed to attend or be represented.[3]I have considered the information available to me about the reasons for the Claimant’s absence. He has made no contact with the Tribunal or with the Respondent to explain the reasons for his absence.[4]In particular the Claimant has not supplied the information which he was ordered to provide in a letter from the Tribunal dated 14 August 2023 (schedule of loss and copy payslips) and he has not made a witness statement as ordered by Employment Judge Ross at the hearing on 2 October 2023. A copy of that Order was sent to the parties on 3 October 2023. It is not possible to proceed with the hearing of these claims in the absence of that information and in the absence of Case Number: 3200975/2023 the Claimant.
