[1]The Claimant’s claims of unlawful deduction from wages and of being subjected to a detriment contrary to section 23 of the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 were presented outside the time limits contained in sections 23 and 48 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]It was not reasonably practicable for the Claimant to present these claims within the time limit but the Claimant did not present them within such further period as was reasonable. Accordingly, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claims and they are dismissed. Employment Judge Foxwell 23 August 2019
