JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claims of: -1.1 automatic unfair dismissal for asserting a statutory right (s.104 Employment Rights Act 1996),1.2 victimisation for having done a protected act (s.27 Equality Act 2010), and1.3 outstanding holiday pay (s.13 ERA 1996) are all dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The Claimant was not unfairly dismissed by the Respondent, and her claim of unfair dismissal, in breach of ss. 94 & 98 ERA 1996, fails and is itself dismissed. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No: 3200931/2017[3]The Claimant is ordered to make a contribution of £375 + VAT towards the Respondent’s costs.
