JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s list of claims was presented out of time and therefore, the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claims and they are hereby dismissed:-1.1 the claim for breach of contract under the Employment Tribunal Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994;1.2 the claim for holiday pay brought under Regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998;1.3 failure to provide a statement of terms and condition under Section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996;1.4 the claim for unlawful deduction of wages under Section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
