Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages in respect of her January salary.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement.[5]The remedy to which the Claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy Hearing, which will take place on 17 July 2019 at 2 p.m.
