JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of unlawful deductions from wages, breach of contract by failure to pay holiday pay accrued but not taken on termination and failure to pay notice succeed.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the following sums: i. £986 .58p in respect of wages due but not paid for 126 hours worked in January 2019 at £7.83p an hour; ii. £1137. 23p in respect of of 145 hours and 24 minutes holiday accrued and not paid between April 2018 and 26 January 2019 at £7 .83p an hour; iii. £274.5p in respect of a weeks’ notice pay of 35 hours at £7.83 an hour.[3]These are gross sums. The payment of any tax due lies with the claimant.
