[1.1]the Tribunal records that the correct name of the respondent is Carisma Trading Limited trading as Rathbones. The Clerk to the Tribunal is directed to amend the Tribunal’s records accordingly.[1.2]the claimant’s claim for breach of contract (notice pay) having been withdrawn by the claimant, is dismissed under Rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[1.3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment which the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant in the gross sum of ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY-NINE POUNDS AND FIFTY PENCE (£199.50) [3 weeks x £66.50 gross weekly pay (£9.50 x 7 hours)].
