[1]The proceedings are dismissed following a withdrawal of the claim by the Claimant.REASONS
[1]The name Respondent is amended from OSR Recruitment Ltd to OSR Recruitment Services Limited.[2]The claim related to a possible transfer of undertakings between the Respondent and Randstad Solutions Limited on 6 January 2019 and payment of accrued holiday pay and unpaid wages prior to 7 January 2019.[3]The Claimant has settled these claims as well as any related claims against Randstad Solutions Limited by way of COT3 on 30 August 2019.[4]The Claimant has withdrawn her claims by correspondence to the Tribunal on 30 August 2019. Her claims are therefore dismissed. .
