JUDGMENT

[1]The unanimous judgment of the tribunal is that: 1.1. The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal contrary to s 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well founded, and it is hereby dismissed; 1.2. The claimant’s complaints that she suffered detriments on the ground that she made a protected disclosure contrary to s 47B and 48 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well founded, and it is hereby dismissed; 1.3. The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages (arrears of pay) contrary to s 13 and 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and it succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sums of ONE THOUSAND - 1 - Case Number: 3200878/2023 AND FIFTY POUNDS (£1050.00) and FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY POUNDS (£420.00) respectively subject to any required deductions for tax and national insurance provided that the respondent remits any such amount to His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and accounts to the claimant for any such payment; 1.4. The claimant’s complaint of breach of contract (notice pay) contrary to Article 3 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994/1623 is well founded and it succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE POUNDS (£525.00) subject to any required deductions for tax and national insurance provided that the respondent remits any such amount to His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and accounts to the claimant for any such payment. 1.5.
