The Claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal and for unpaid wages are dismissed.REASONS
[1]The Claimant did not attend today and could not be contacted on his mobile. No messages or postponement requests had been received.[2]The Claimant had not provided a schedule of loss as directed in the case management orders dated 12th April 2019 and had sent in no further documents or correspondence to the Tribunal since presenting his claim.[3]The Tribunal considered Rule 47 of the Tribunal Rules 2013 and decided to dismiss the Claimant’s claims. The Claimant in any event had insufficient continuous employment to bring an unfair dismissal claim.
