JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unpaid wages SUCCEEDS. The Claimant is entitled to unpaid wages in the amount of £ 1438.60 (calculated net) and to £ 144 in overtime payments. The total is £ 1582.60.[2]The claim for notice pay succeeds and the Claimant is entitled to one month’s pay in accordance with her contract of employment. The Respondent is ordered to pay her the amount of £ 1666.66 calculated gross from which the appropriate deductions for tax and national insurance may be made.[3]The claim for accrued and unpaid holiday pay SUCCEEDS. The Respondent is ordered to pay £998.40 to the Claimant. This sum represents 13 days’ pay due to her on the termination of her employment on 23 December 2021. The holiday pay is calculated gross and the Respondent is entitled to make a deduction for payment of income tax and national insurance if appropriate.[4]The grand total payable by the Respondent to the Claimant within 21 days is £ 4247.66 (1438.60 +144+1666.60 +998.40)
