Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has failed to enter a response to the Claimant’s claims and Judgment is issued in her favour in respect of her unlawful deductions claims unpaid contractual redundanc pay, unpaid salary and accrued holiday pay claims pursuant to rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The Claimant earned an average of £315 gross per week. She worked for the Respondent from 12 March 2019 to 4 January 2021. The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy following the Respondent’s cessation of business.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £2568.99.
