JUDGMENT
[1]The Claim against Sade Paseda Williams is dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]By agreement the name of the Respondent formerly known as First Choice Homecare Nursing and Recruitment Ltd is changed to the new name of Willing and Able Ltd.[3]The Tribunal lacks jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claim which will be dismissed and proceed no further. The Claimant’s claim was presented out of time and it was reasonably practicable for the Claimant to have presented her claim before the end of the limitation period.
