The complaints of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination are struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £250.00 (in respect of each complaint) following a preliminary hearing held on 05 August 2024. The Order was sent to the claimant on 07 August 2024. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit in respect of both complaints. The complaints of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of Schedule one of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 15 November 2024 is vacated (cancelled) and it will not take place.
