[1]The Response is struck out as having no reasonable prospects of success.[2]The time estimate for the hearing on 24 November 2017, is amended to 3 hours.

REASONS

[1]The employment tribunal wrote to the Respondent on 25 October 2017 to say that Employment Judge Foxwell was considering striking out the Response on the ground that it had no reasonable prospect of success and inviting the Respondent to make representations to the contrary by 1 November 2017. No such representations have been made.
