JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of direct discrimination on the grounds of sex and race are struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(a) because they have no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The Claimant’s complaint that he was unfairly dismissed and his claim for an amount in respect of unlawful deduction from wages, having been withdrawn by the Claimant, are dismissed pursuant to Rule 52 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
