[1]Orchard Works Garage Ltd is substituted in place of Mr Simon Walman as the Respondent to these proceedings; 2. the Claimant’s claim for a statutory redundancy payment succeeds;[3]the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant, without deductions for tax and national insurance, the sum of £3,858, calculated as follows: four complete years’ service x 1.5 (the Claimant was 47 at the date of termination) x £643 (the statutory cap on a week’s pay at the material time).
