JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s conduct contributed to her dismissal such that it is appropriate to make a 65% reduction of the compensatory award (only) pursuant to s.123(6) Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the total sum of £7,047.81. This comprises the following:(1) Basic Award: 2 weeks @ £538 (statutory maximum) = £1,614(2) Compensatory award (after mitigation & 65% reduction): (a) Loss to date (8 months, three weeks & 3 days) = £4,147.31 (b) 4 months’ future loss = £1,286.50
