[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is unanimous.[2]The Claimant failed to attend or to be represented at the hearing.[3]Pursuant to Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure, the Tribunal made such enquiries that were practicable before making a determination.[4]The Tribunal considered the information available to it about the reasons for the Claimant’s absence and found that it was appropriate to dismiss the claims before the Tribunal.[5]The claims in respect of unfair dismissal and harassment are dismissed.
