JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal lacks jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal – because she lacks the 2 year qualifying period. The unfair dismissal claim will therefore not proceed.[2]The Claimant’s claims for holiday pay, outstanding expenses and for partly unpaid wages for the month of December 2019 will be dismissed with effect from 23 June 2020 unless by that date, 23 June 2020, the Claimant provides a written explanation to the Tribunal, copied to the Respondent, setting out cogent reasons why any or all of those claims should not be dismissed. If such an explanation is provided, an Employment Judge will determine whether not the claims should be permitted to proceed.
