JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant has continuous employment from 27 May 2019 to 6 January 2020. The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim of unfair dismissal.[2]The claim of disability related harassment succeeds on issue 15(g) only.[3]The failure to make reasonable adjustments claim is dismissed.[4]The Claimant is awarded compensation as follows:(a) One week’s net pay as loss of earnings: £426.92(b) Injury to feelings: £3,000(c) Interest on loss of earnings (8% for 38.5 weeks): £25.29(d) Interest on injury to feelings (8% for 77 weeks): £355.39 TOTAL AWARD: £3,807.60
