JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints of discrimination on grounds of race were not brought before the end of the period of three months starting with the date of the acts to which the complaints relate.[2]The complaints of discrimination on grounds of race were not brought before the end of such other period as was just and equitable.[3]As such, and by reason of section 123 of the Equality Act 2010, the Tribunal cannot consider the complaints of discrimination on grounds of race, the claim therefore has no reasonable prospects of success and it is hereby struck out.
